This course is designed as an entry course for those wishing to understand the basic concepts of the new technology known as cloud computing.

It will describe the architectural features and concepts of the technology and offer explanations for the terminology and design of this high powered and well supported arena. It covers various information required to understand the cloud including the reference architecture, use cases and a small section on troubleshooting and refinements.

This course is set at Introductory level, therefore only basic skills are required, such as the ability to use a PC, a brief understanding of telephony and a basic understanding of IP.
