Course Booking
Course bookings and full payment must be made at least five working days before the date of the first day of the course. All course fees must be fully paid up and/or reward points redeemed by this date. Cancellation of attendance must be made with 5 days of the commencement date where possible. Within this timescale no refund can be given, only a rebooking on another convenient date is accepted, except in extreme circumstances. Khalid Trtaining Centre reserves the right to rearrange the dates of the course up to and including five days prior to the start date of the delivery. Khalid Training Centre reserves the rights to change the content of the course at any time and without prior notification to the delegate.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and can also pay by PayPal for added security, you will however require a PayPal account for this purpose. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed immediately so please ensure you are booking on the correct course and course dates.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, and company cheques but these will take several days to clear, ensure you present these in advance of the last booking date. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cheque. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will honour the listed discount available for that product but cannot make refunds if there are non-show amongst your party on the day of the course. we will make arrangements for the non-show delegates to attend a later course delivery or offer a credit to attend another course.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Khalid Training Centre reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
